Individual Therapy
Integrative Somatic Therapy
Our stories are not only held in our minds—they are carried within our bodies.
Integrative Somatic Therapy recognizes the profound connection between the nervous system, emotions, thoughts, relationships, and physical experiences. Many of the challenges people face are rooted in patterns of survival that once served an important purpose. Anxiety, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, numbness, chronic stress, and disconnection are often signals from a nervous system seeking safety and regulation.
Through a blend of somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, attachment-informed practice, nervous system education, movement, breathwork, and body awareness, clients learn to develop a deeper relationship with themselves and their lived experiences.
Rather than focusing solely on talking about problems, somatic work invites us to gently listen to the wisdom of the body, build capacity for emotional regulation, and create new experiences of safety, connection, and resilience.
This approach is particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing:
- Trauma and complex trauma
- Chronic stress and burnout
- Anxiety and panic
- Emotional overwhelm
- Attachment wounds
- Nervous system dysregulation
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions
- Mind-body concerns
